Bottom Line
This is a tiny, free application. All it does is store information entered by the user optionally encrypted with a passphrase entered by the user. It can store the information on the local device or on a cloud service. It can only store information on a cloud service via an app provided by that cloud service acting as a content server. It doesn't "phone home." It doesn't track your location. It doesn't collect any data. It has no ads. It collects no payments. It doesn't do anything else.
